Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having good dipersibility of a filler and excellent breaking characteristics, abrasion resistance and low heat build-up properties even when the amounts of the filler and a softener compounded are great. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is obtained by compounding ≥50 pts.mass of the sum total of carbon black and/or silica and ≥15 pts.mass of the softener based on 100 pts.mass of a rubber component containing ≥10 mass% of a modified conjugated diene polymer having ≥2 nitrogen-containing functional groups in the molecule.
