Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle equipped with a toroidal type transmission capable of preventing an inversion input to a variator with a simple structure without causing an increase in the total length of the transmission. SOLUTION: The working vehicle is equipped with the toroidal type transmission with a variator mechanism 21 performing continuously variable transmission by power rollers 44 and a HiLo clutch 23 switching the transmission power to high and low stages in a transmission case 2 with a case input shaft 3, and it makes the input power of the case input shaft (3) branch to be transmitted to a PTO shaft K. The transmission case 2 is provided with a PTO transmission shaft 4 transmitting the branched power to the PTO shaft K through intermeshing gears 3a, 4a, 3b, 6b all the time from the case input shaft 3, and a traveling transmission shaft 5 supporting the variator mechanism 21.
