Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrester device which is grounded to a three-phase bus bar in a small size and at a low cost. SOLUTION: Current-limiting elements 21, 22, 23 of zinc oxide are laminated and unified in a state of a parallel connection via electrode terminals 24, 25 and ground terminal 26, to form a laminated body 11, thereby constituting an arrester circuit obtained by connecting three arresters in parallel. Such a laminated body 11 is formed in correspondence to three phases of a T phase, an S phase and an R phase, and three-phase laminated bodies 11, 12, 13 are laminated through insulating spacers 31, 32 to construct a three-phase arrester unit 10.
