description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet shutter which increases air-tightness of the sheet and a rail box and also can keep a tension of the flat sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet shutter is provided with a pressing member 51 which is, when the sheet 10 is closed, pressed to the sheet, so as to secure the sheet and to reduce air permeability in a sheet guiding part 35. The pressing member 51 is interlocked rotatably with a base member 53 by linking bars 55A, 55B to compose a parallel linkage mechanism. Also, at the bottom of the pressing member 51, an arm 63 which is pushed down with a flat bar 11 of the sheet 10 is connected. When the sheet 10 shuts and the arm 63 is pushed down, the pressing member 51 moves in the direction toward the sheet 10 within the guiding part 35 and has the sheet 10 sandwiched between the pressing member 51 and the sheet-cohesion part 37.
