SOLUTION: A U-shaped second fabric 3 is bonded to a sheet-like first fabric 2 having a folded back section 5 on one end, and a hot air blowing out port 8 is provided between the distal end section of the second fabric 3 and the folded back section 5. At the same time, a hot air suction port 7 is provided on one side edge section of the folded back section 5, and an air passage 9 which communicates with the hot air suction port 7 and the hot air blowing out port 8 is formed between the first and second fabrics 2 and 3. Then, a pair of fasteners 10 which protrude from the end sections of the facing shorter edges and are composed of a fastening piece 10 and a receiving piece 11 are provided on the end sections of the facing shorter edges.
