The predetermined shape is formed by the shape forming part 2 and the plurality of display pins 23 are held by the lock sheet 25 and, by bringing the thermoplastic sheet P with the shape forming part 2 into contact with each other under pressure by the fan 55, a pattern having a shape coinciding with the predetermined pattern formed by shape forming part 2 is molded on the thermoplastic sheet P.
