BLOCK DROPPING METHOD AND DROPPING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block dropping method and dropping device capable of continuously dropping block groups to the sea bottom with good distributability. SOLUTION: In this block dropping method, a block group is composed of the plurality of blocks, and a plurality of groups of the block groups are formed in dropping the plurality of blocks loaded onboard to be dropped to the sea bottom. The blocks constituting the groups are independently bound per block group, and the plurality of blocks constituting the block groups are sequentially dropped at time intervals to the sea bottom per block group through a ship bottom opening by operating a single submarine drop starting mechanism. The block dropping device has a block group binding mechanism for binding the plurality of block groups composed of the plurality of blocks loaded on board to be dropped to the sea bottom, per block group, and the submarine drop starting mechanism for sequentially releasing the bound state per block group at time intervals by the operation of the single submarine drop starting mechanism.
