The organic electroluminescent display apparatus is positioned on a substrate and has a thin film transistor including a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode and a source/drain electrodes. A first electrode connected to one of the source/drain electrodes is disposed. A reflection film separated from the source/drain electrodes is positioned under the first electrode. The organic function film having at least a luminous layer is positioned on the first electrode. A second electrode is positioned on the organic function layer.
