IMAGE RECORDING LABEL SHEET AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording label sheet which is capable of preventing the crazing in an image recording layer and has excellent adhesion resistance, and to provide an image forming method using the image-recording label sheet. SOLUTION: The image recording label sheet comprises a separator, and at least a peeling treatment layer, an adhesive layer, a base, an intermediate layer and an image recording layer which are disposed on the separator in this order, wherein every one of the image recording layer, the intermediate layer and the adhesive layer comprises thermoplastic resin. It is preferable that glass transition temperature Tg1 of the thermoplastic resin in the image recording layer, glass transition temperature Tg2 of the thermoplastic resin in the intermediate layer and glass transition temperature Tg3 of the thermoplastic resin in the adhesive layer satisfy the inequality: Tg1>Tg2>Tg3.
