Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to separate the upper surface and side surface of a slider with high precision by a method for inspecting the slider of a pantograph by a conventional camera though the pantograph is picked up by applying the lighting on the side surface of the slider. SOLUTION: A strobe lighting for irradiating the upper surface of the slider of the pantograph when the pantograph is picked up by a camera, and another strobe lighting for irradiating the side surface of the slider of the pantograph are provided. The light quantity of the strobe lighting for irradiating the side surface of the slider is reduced as compared with the strobe lighting for irradiating the upper surface of the slider to pick up.
