ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC LABEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic label sheet having excellent crack resistance, scratch resistance and adhesion durability, and to provide a manufacturing therefor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic label sheet and the method for manufacturing the electrophotographic label sheet are characterized in that: the sheet comprises a separator and at least a release layer, adhesive layer, substrate, toner image layer and protective layer stacked on the separator in this order; the tensile fracture stress (P1) in the protective layer at 25°C, the tensile fracture stress (P2) in the toner image layer at 25°C, and the tensile fracture stress (P3) in the adhesive layer at 25°C satisfy the relation of P1>P2 and P1>P3; the tensile fracture stress (P1) in the protective layer at 25°C is ≥65 MPa; the tensile fracture strain (D1) in the protective layer at 25°C and the tensile fracture strain (D2) in the toner image layer at 25°C satisfy the relation of D1>D2; and the protective layer has 1 to 120 μm thickness.
