NOZZLE APPARATUS AND NOZZLE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle apparatus which is made lightweight and in which nozzle members in a plurality of headers are changeable without welding. SOLUTION: The nozzle apparatus is provided with a plurality of the long cylindrical headers 1, 2 for supplying a plurality of fluids respectively, mounting ports formed with a fixed interval in the longitudinal direction of the header to penetrate in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the plurality of headers at right angles, a plurality of nozzle main bodies 5 respectively mounted to the mounting ports to be changeable and having flow passages (or communicating holes) 9-12 communicating with each header 1, 2, a nozzle chip 4 attached to each of the nozzle main bodies, sealing materials 13-15 respectively arranged on joining parts (flat parts) of each header 1, 2 to each nozzle main body 5 and a fastening means 16 screwed to a screw part 8 of the end part of the nozzle main body 5.
