ELECTRONIC COMPONENT REPLENISHING SYSTEM OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT PACKAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the component replenishing system of an electronic component packaging device for efficiently achieving the replenishment work of electronic components, without lowering the productivity. SOLUTION: A line-managing device 4, the component-packaging device 2, and a radio terminal 6 in a substrate unit production line can conduct communication bidirectionally in real time to each another. The component-packaging device 2 transmits a notice signal for replenishing components to the line-managing device 4, when the form of the component replenishment work of a tape type component supply device 19 is in a prescribed remaining tape length in a tape connection mode, and a prescribed number of remaining components in cassette exchange mode. The line-managing device 4 sequentially records (65a, 65b, ...) related to the tape-type component supply device that has become a factor for notice signal in a notice list 65 based on the notice signal, and sends the notice list 65 to the radio terminal 6, along with an alarm signal. A field worker 5 can specify the component-packaging device 2 for replenishing components and the tape type component supply device 19 from the alarm and display screen of the radio terminal 6, without patrol monitoring.
