SOLUTION: The invention relates to the optically clear thermoplastic resin composition comprising structural units derived from substituted or unsubstituted polycarbonate and substituted or unsubstituted polyester, wherein said polyester comprises structural units derived from terephthalic acid and a mixture of 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol and ethylene glycol, wherein said ethylene glycol is greater than about 60 mole percent based on total moles of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and ethylene glycol.
