HEATING OVEN FOR COOKING AND HEATING OVEN FOR BROILING FISH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that heating capacities of a gas heater and an electric heater are varied and nonuniform, however, a conventional heating oven for the cooking cannot efficiently respond to the difference of the heating capacities. SOLUTION: This heating oven comprises a flat plate-shaped heat receiving plate 2 to be put on a heat supply of a cooking stove, a heating base 3 being a separate body from the heat receiving plate and mounted on the heat receiving plate 2, and a lid member 5 covering over the heating base 3 and forming a heating space 4. This heating oven for cooking is so formed that the heating base 3 is formed into an approximate inverse frustum shape and formed with a heat passage A having its entrance facing the heat supply side of the cooking stove and its exit disposed in the side of the heating space 4; and the heat receiving plate 2 is formed in the dimension or less of a plane formed by crossing the virtual vertical lines passing through own outer circumferential edge with the inclined circumferential wall 3c of the heating base 3, the upper face of the heat receiving plate 2 is projectingly provided with a support member 2a floatingly supporting the heating base 3, and the lower face of the heat receiving plate 2 is formed flat.
