A surface of the engagement part 15 is brought into contact with an inner edge of the engagement hole 10 in an inserted condition, and any play in the plane direction of an inner wall part 8 of a cover 12 is prevented thereby. A claw part 18 to be engaged with a lower edge part 11 of the inner wall part 8 is formed on a locking part 16, detachment of the cover 12 in the detaching direction is prevented.
