DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR MESSAGE OUTPUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message output device and the like easily notifying superiority/inferiority situation of an opponent/ally. SOLUTION: A fighting situation detecting part 205 detects a progress situation of a fight controlled by a fight control part 204 and the superiority/inferiority situation of the opponent/ally. A sound data acquisition part 209 acquires sound data specified based on the progress situation of the fight. The sound data acquisition part 209 detects the superiority/inferiority situation of the opponent/ally for every predetermined timing and acquires corresponding arbitrary sound data based on the detected superiority/inferiority situation. The sound data acquisition part 209 sends the acquired sound data with an order of priority to a queue buffer 210. A sound output part 212 reads the sound data based on the order of the priority from the queue buffer 210, synthesizes a sound signal from the read sound data and outputs the sound from a predetermined speaker.
