Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cylindrical winding type electrode body capable of accurately forming the cylindrical winding type electrode body in a high yield. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the cylindrical winding type electrode body is that a belt-shaped separator 6 is wound in the outer circumference of a cylindrical winding core 5, tension is applied to the wound separator 6, a belt-shaped positive plate 7 and a belt-shaped negative plate 8 insulated through the separator 6 are wound together with the separator 6 around the winding core 5, and the winding core 5 is drawn out in the axial direction. The separator is wound on the outer circumferences of the winding members 1, 2, 3, and 4 divided into three or more along the circumferential direction of the cross section of the winding core 5.
