Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way ceiling-embedded air conditioner taking over a function and a design required for a two-way cassette type based on a superior structure as a four-way cassette type air conditioner, and improving the air conditioning performance. SOLUTION: This two-way ceiling-embedded air conditioner comprises a casing 2 having an air blower 11 and a heat exchanger 21 mounted around the air blower, and a decoration panel 7 covering an opening part of the casing, the decoration panel and the casing are formed into the approximately square shape, an opening is formed approximately on a center of the decoration panel, a shielding panel 8 is formed approximately on a center of the opening, a suction port 3 communicated with the central opening, is formed around the shielding panel, and a blowout port 4 extended approximately equivalent to an inner size of the casing 2, is formed on opposite two sides of the decoration panel.
