INTERLACING TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR YARN AND INTERLACING TREATMENT METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlacing treatment apparatus for a yarn, with which a yarn having high interlacing properties is obtained regardless of kinds of yarns and a high-speed spinning method using the interlacing treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: In the interlacing treatment apparatus for a yarn, having a fluid treatment part composed of a nozzle plate with at least two or more fluid nozzles and impact plates opposingly laid in parallel with them, at least two or more cylindrical control guides for controlling passage pathway of a yarn are arranged in parallel with the plate face direction of the nozzle plate having the fluid nozzles and in intersecting the progress direction of a yarn at the front and the rear of the fluid treatment part and a gap distance L1 (mm) between the arranged control guides satisfies -0.07D1/2≤L1≤0.07D1/2when the fineness of a traveling multifilament yarn is D (dtex). In the high-speed spinning method for a yarn comprising cooling and solidifying a melt-spun polyester yarn, providing the yarn with finishing oil, interlacing the yarn and then taking up the yarn through a pair of take-off rollers, the interlacing treatment apparatus is laid between the pair of the take-off rollers to carry out the interlacing treatment.
