SOLUTION: Composite torque output characteristics to compose engine torque output characteristics of an engine 16 due to engine controllers (21 to 25), and powering/regenerating torque output characteristics of an electric motor/generator 20 due to electric motor/generator controllers(21, 38) increases the output torque with the increase in the working load, and is set to such characteristics that the real revolution speed of the engine 16. In the predetermined engine revolution speed, a matching point to balance the composite torque output characteristics with pump absorbing torque characteristics due to a pump absorbing torque controller 30 is set.
