SOLUTION: The polyether copolymer consists of (a) 6-69 mol% of a phenyl glycidyl ether unit, (b) 30-90 mol% of an alkylene oxide unit selected from among ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, isobutylene oxide and n-butylene oxide, and (c) 1-10 mol% of a crosslinkable oxirane monomer unit, and its Mooney viscosity (ML1+4) measured at 100°C is in the range of 10-200.
