A recording material conveyance surface D of the recording material conveying means 72 lies on the downstream side of a conveyance locus (a) of the recording material S conveyed by the transferring means 51, and is disposed at a position where the projections 71a of the electricity removing means 71 substantially matches with the center of the recording material conveying means 72 in the axial direction.
