Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for transmitting instruction information on an output waveform such as amplitude and a slope with a small number of signal lines in addition to the timing of turn-on/off at high speed. SOLUTION: Output waveform modification information on the amplitude and the slope is transferred by serial communication, and a timing signal of turn-on/off is sent by using an individual information signal.
