Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an appropriate road repair plan to efficiently repair parts to be repaired with appropriate timing. SOLUTION: A repair/inspection plan forming device 20 forms an inspection plan, based on the previous inspection history of a recording device 26 and sends the plan to an inspection terminal 2. Based on the inspection plan, the inspection terminal 2 inspects a road using a camera 4, a microphone 5, an acoustic sensor 6 and a vibration sensor 7, to see the state of its deterioration. The result of the inspection is sent to the repair/inspection plan forming device 20. The repair/inspection plan forming device 20 classifies the degrees of road deterioration, based on the inspection result, anticipates the future tendency of the road to deteriorate, and presents a plurality of repair plans about parts to be repaired, time of repair, and the scope of repair. A road manager finally selects the repair plan. Rules about construction processes, materials and equipment, and allocation of personnel for achieving the repair plan selected are extracted from a database and to the road manager is given navigation for the implementation of road repairs.
