PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly allocating parameters for selected effects to an operation part such as a pedal even when the number of effects increases. SOLUTION: Once operation of a parameter value change knob which is made effective is detected, an LED 40 is controlled to illuminate, thereby indicating that parameters of the parameter value change knob can be allocated on a parameter value change pedal 300. When a pedal allocation switch is pressed while the LED 40 illuminates, the parameters of the parameter value change knob are allocated to the parameter value change pedal 300 and parameter values are changed and controlled thereafter according to the stepping-down quantity of the parameter value change pedal 300, so timing in which allocation can be performed is grasped through the illumination notification of the LED 40 and a pedal allocation switch 42 is only operated to smoothly perform parameter allocation.
