Further, the apparatus has the conveyance metallic mold 10 conveyable on a band conveyor 2, a supply/charge unit 3 which supplies and charges the magnetic powder inside the cavity, a punch set 4 which sets the upperpunch, a magnetic field forming unit 5 which performs orientation while applying magnetic field to the magnetic powder in a direction perpendicular to the pressurization direction and forms a compact wherein radial orientation is performed, an extraction unit 6 which extracts the compact from the conveyance metallic mold 10, and a stacking unit 8 which performs lamination of the compacts extracted from the conveyance metallic mold 10 to a plurality of steps in an axial direction of the compact.
