Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller mounting/removing device capable of easily mounting/removing a propeller from a propeller shaft of a hull in a short time without damaging the propeller and the hull, etc. SOLUTION: When removing the propeller 110 in this propeller mounting/removing device 10, a traveling truck 18 is approached to the propeller 110 and is retreated after a propeller support member 12 is inserted and engaged into/to the propeller 110 by moving motors 26 and an XY table 16. When mounting the propeller 110, the mounted propeller 110 is mounted on the propeller shaft 112 by finely adjusting the position of the propeller support member 12 by moving the motors 26, the XY table 16 and arms 34 after approaching the traveling truck 18 to the propeller shaft 12.
