Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line monitor device of a source water quality continuously monitoring a harmful substance mixed in a city water source and capable of monitoring information of a variation tendency or the like required for operation at the control center in a clean water plant. SOLUTION: The on-line monitor device is provided with sampling pumps (1, 3) placed at a reception well of the water treatment plant or the upper stream thereof and sampling part of the water source, a pretreatment apparatus (4) carrying out pretreatment of the sampling water by the sampling pump, a chromatographic analyzer (7) analyzing the sampling water which is carried out pretreatment by the pretreatment apparatus continuously or at a predetermined time interval, control/monitor device (8A) controlling the operation of the chromatographic analyzer, also accumulating an analyzed result and judging good or bad of the water quality, and a communication device (9) transmitting the analytic result accumulated in the control/monitor device and the judged result of the water quality.
