METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FEEDING MILK PROCESSING STEAM IN BEVERAGE DISPENSER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for feeding milk processing steam for preparing fine-frothed milk at high temperatures according to the characteristics of a target beverage in a beverage dispenser and easily and securely washing a milk feeding passage with steam whenever milk is fed. SOLUTION: The device is structured to bring steam into contact with an appropriate quantity of milk M taken out of a reservoir part such as a milk pack MP in the beverage dispenser for preparing the beverage LM requiring addition of milk M to pour the milk M in the heated state into a cup C. The steam working on the milk M consists of heating steam S2 for mainly heating the milk M and frothing steam S3 for mainly frothing the milk M. The steam is separately fed from different circuits to the milk feeding passage 36, and the heating steam S2 is fed to the milk feeding passage 36 whenever milk is fed so that the passage is washed with the steam.
