Moreover, since the rinsing water of a low discharging pressure and a low discharged rate is sprayed to the dishes during the time period t1-t2, the rinsing water is saved. Because of the rising water supplied a longer period of time in consideration of the amount of saved water, the sterilization of the dishes by heat is performed efficiently by maintaining the temperature of the dishes longer.
