SUBDIVIDABLE PACKAGE AND FLANGED PACKAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subdividable package which are free from air bubbles or the like in the flange, therefore, have excellent appearance, and are also free from pin-holes formed when the package is subdivided. SOLUTION: The subdividable package with the flange is formed by sealing openings of a plurality of aligned pockets 2, 2, etc. made of a single flat flexible member and filled with contents with a flat-plate lid made of a hard material. The subdividable package 1 has boundary areas connecting the flanges between the openings of the adjacent pockets 2, 2, etc. as unsealed sections 5, 5, etc. of the flexible member and the lid, which extend over a predetermined distance in the direction of the length of the boundary areas and are cut along the center lines of the boundary areas and weak seal areas 6, 6, etc. or the like provided around the unsealed sections 5, 5, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
