description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilation equipment in a tunnel, which brings about an excellent dust collecting effect by forming an air curtain near an inlet port of a dust collector in a gallery of the tunnel without using a very large-size dust collector. SOLUTION: This ventilation equipment 1 in the tunnel 2 comprises an air-supply airpipe 10 and the dust collector 20 which is equipped with an exhaust airpipe 22. The airpipe 10 has a main blow-out opening 13 for blasting out air to the side of a cutting face 3, and branch blow-out openings 14-17 for blasting out the air in the radial direction of the tunnel 2. The air curtain AC is formed near the inlet port 24 of the exhaust airpipe 22 of the tunnel 2 by using clean air CA blasted out from the air outlets 14-17. The circulation of polluted air FA to the side of a pit mouth 4 is inhibited by the air curtain AC, so that the dust collecting effect brought about by the dust collector 20 can be enhanced.
