A heater 29 is attached to the inner face of the box body 10 of the rail box 9. Further, a shielding member 31 closing the gap between the inside of the box body 10 to which the heater 29 is attached and the slit 21 guiding the sheet 3 is provided to prevent the temperature decrease in the rail box body 10 and prevent dew condensation on the side face of the box body 10.
