Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-heating type inorganic porous membrane that prevents the clogging due to a permeated substance and is capable of sterilizing captured bacillus and virus. SOLUTION: The self-heating type inorganic membrane is prepared as an inorganic porous membrane by plating an nickel alloy 1 on a cylindrical shirasu porous glass (SPG)2 to prepare the self-heating type inorganic porous membrane 7 in which the pore size can be selected within the range of 0.05 μm to 20 μm. The membrane performs the penetration of a material having high viscosity and a high melting point and the sterilization of a gas and a liquid while electrically conducting and heat-generating in the self-heating type inorganic membrane 7.
