SOLUTION: The sustained-release granular agrochemical is produced by preparing a resin emulsion obtained by emulsifying a scarcely water-soluble biodegradable polyester resin as a dispersoid exhibiting solid state at normal temperature and mixing the resin emulsion with other base material before the kneading step in extrusion granulation.
