description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing explosive fracture of concrete, which simplifies execution of work, which effectively prevents the explosive fracture of the concrete while using a low-cost material, which satisfies three-hour fire resistance efficiency required by the Building Standard Law, and which can hold a concrete temperature in a reinforcement position (as a measure, a position at a distance of 50 mm from a concrete surface) to 200°C or lower. SOLUTION: A surface of a concrete member is covered with a calcium silicate plate with a thickness of 25 mm or more, or covered with a ceramic-based fire resistive covering material with a thickness of 20 mm or more, which preferably contains a supersulphated calcium aluminate.
