A flange part 3a of the male member 3 are provided with a plurality of through holes 3c. An added member 5 of plate shape is disposed at the outer surface of the steel pipe sheet pile main pipe in a space surrounded by the female members 2, and the surface of the added member 5 of plate shape is provided with a plurality of projections 6.
