METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING BIOLOGICAL DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data set desired by a user every day by performing unitary management concerning public biological databases distributed worldwide, classifying and marshaling them by organism kinds, successively fetching the latest data, and updating them. SOLUTION: The system includes a user request register part for receiving the request of the data set from the user and registering it; a public database successive data file storing part for mirror-processing the public biological databases 5, successively downloading them, and storing them; an index file generating part for generating index files to extract data by entry, based on the downloaded data files; an organism kind classification database organizing part for performing marshaling and classification by organism name, through the use of the downloaded databases and the generated index files, so as to organize the organism kind classification database; and a user data set organizing part for organizing the data set requested by the user, through the use of the organism kind classification database and the index files, for outputting it.
