SOLUTION: The case that lead styphnate is used as an ignition powder 106 and that DDNP/KClO3is 50/50 is particularly favorable for the precision. The case that basic lead styphnate is used is most favorable because the precision is ±0.1 ms or less. When the invented ignition powder is used, blasting with precision and high reliability can be controlled as the precision within ±0.5 ms is achieved regardless of a standard time.
