The freely openable lid 6 is openably connected through hinges 7 to the bottom ends of the right and left peripheral faces 3. At a right and left intermediate part in the vessel, a dashboard 5 is set to separate the inside of the vessel into two parts. The dashboard 5 is also perforated to form water-permeating faces.
