Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camshaft drive device for an engine realizing miniaturization and cost reduction for the engine by creating a timing transmission mechanism coping with a high load. SOLUTION: The camshaft drive device for the engine 100 is provided with a driving chain 130 wound on a camshaft side large diameter sprocket 120 from a crankshaft side sprocket 110, and a driven chain 160 wound on a second camshaft side small diameter sprocket 150 pivotally supported separately from the camshaft side large diameter sprocket 120 from a first camshaft side small diameter sprocket 140 concentrically integrated with the camshaft side large diameter sprocket 120.
