POUCH AND POUCH WITH POURING PORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch which is excellent in light blocking effect and oxygen barrier performance until just before unsealing of the pouch by thrusting a film covering a hole of a pouring port support body, easy to pack and distribute, facilitates fitting of a pouring port in a container main body, secures the pouring port to the container body without a fear of disengagement of the former from the latter, and allows the user to stably pour the contents, and to provide the pouch with the pouring port. SOLUTION: The pouch is formed of the container body and the pouring port support body. The container body stores therein the contents to be poured and hermetically seals and packages the contents therein. The pouring port support body is fixed to an inner wall of the container body, and has a means formed in an inner surface, for allowing insertion of the pouring port which is formed by connecting a pouring cylinder and a piercing cylinder having a cutting section to a flange in one body, and holding the pouring port by fitting to the piercing cylinder of the pouring port.
