Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect foot pressure data easily in order to monitor a biological condition by judging the biological condition based on the collected data. SOLUTION: A biological information collecting device is made by housing a position detecting part 14, a foot pressure sensor part 16, an information processing part 18, and a communication interface part 20 in the bottom part of a shoe, and transmits GPS position information and the detected data on foot pressure to a center device 12.
