A guide part 31 guiding the rice seed container 29 lowered from the upper part to the prescribed position on the hot water jetting part 8 is installed on the periphery of the hot water jetting part 8. The guide part 31 is composed of standing bodies 32 arranged so as to contact the peripheral surface of the rice seed container 29. The tops of the standing bodies 32 form leading parts 33 opening to the outside. A guide part similar to the guide part 31 is provided even in the cold water tank of the water cooler.
