Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a reproduction in which the reproduction time of receiving data is guaranteed by exactly restoring a time stamp of the receiving data on the receiving side. SOLUTION: This device for restoring the time stamp is constituted by providing a time stamp restoration means 3 for generating the time stamp indicating the reproduction time of the receiving data based on receiving time of the receiving data or time information imparted to the receiving data and a time stamp correction means 5 for correcting the time stamp obtained by the time stamp restoration means 3 by associating it with reference timing at the time of reproduction of the receiving data.
