| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing toner which permits the sustainment of the operation stability of a production facility by preventing the fixation of such a low softening point toner particularly having a outflow initiation temperature below 75°C to the high-speed air current sections and high-speed rotating sections of the production facility. SOLUTION: The portions where the toner comes into contact are subjected to surface lining treatment with a conductive plastic having volumetric resistivity ≤10-6Ωcm and hardness HDD ranging from 64 to 67 or are formed of such conductive plastic.
