SOLUTION: The combined filament yarn having the different shrinkages is obtained by interlacing a sheath yarn which is a relaxed heat-treated yarn of a semidrawn polyester yarn having ≤5% shrinkage percentage in boiling water with a core yarn which is a polyester yarn having ≥8% shrinkage percentage in boiling water. Each polyester constituting the core yarn and the sheath yarn is a polyester polymer obtained by carrying out polycondensation of an aromatic dicarboxylate ester in the presence of a catalyst containing a specific titanium compound component and a specified phosphorus compound.
