description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a thick non-woven fabric is used as a mat for preventing suction at a construction of an industrial waste disposal plant, rainwater pooling/permeating system or a slope bottom of a lake, swamp, river, or harbor and cut mats have to be lapped and integrally fixed for laying the thick mats in a wide range, while current technique employs the steps of melting the surface of the nonwoven fabric and fusion-bonding the overlapped part of the ends of the top and the bottom mats, this fusion bonded part of only the surface of the mats is easy to separate due to flow of a board and an impact and has a very low reliability and no suction preventing effect . SOLUTION: A mat fastener is composed of a pin formed in a curved shape of which a back end winded in a vortex state, the top edge acutely sharpened and attached with a reverse stop tooth to lock the overlapped sheet by inserting the check valve inside a built-in socket.
