Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide integrated equipment utilizing exhaust heat from a cooling device for a heat source of a heating device. SOLUTION: During the operation of the heating device 2, a refrigeration solenoid valve 4 is closed and a heating solenoid valve 22 is opened. Then, high temperature and high pressure gas refrigerant from a compressor 3 is fed to a heat exchanger 15 in the heating device through the heating solenoid valve 22, as shown by a dashed line arrowmark B, cooled by a heat exchanger fan 17 and fed to a condenser 5 in the cooling device 1. During passage through the condenser 5, it becomes liquid refrigerant of room temperature and high pressure which is depressurized and expanded by an expansion valve 10, fed to a cooler 11, evaporated by heat exchange in the cooling device and fed as low pressure gas refrigerant to the compressor 3.
